Easter @DBC 

Just a reminder of everything that is going on this week, to help you reflect on the real meaning of Easter.

Tues – Thurs
10.30am–3.30pm Easter Art Exhibition in Meeting Point House.  Free entry.  Pop in and have a look!

6.30-8pm Commemoration of the Last Supper including soup and drama!  Suitable for all ages.  Please let Clare/Linda know if you would like to come and haven’t signed up.

10.00 am-12 noon “Experience Easter for All” at Holy Trinity, Dawley.  Activities for families exploring the Easter story in a fun and interactive way.

11.00 am-3.00 pm “Pause at the Cross” at MPH.  You are invited to leave a tribute (poem/flowers/candle) at a cross which will be stationed outside Meeting Point House.  We’re hoping that this will grow into an interactive art work which will encourage people to pause and think about what Jesus’ death means to us.

11.30am “Good Friday Café ” at DBC (Fishfingers/mash/hot cross buns!) followed by a time of reflection led by Ian in the Sanctuary.  All welcome.

 3.30-6.30pm  Youth event “Hidden Treasures” at DBC run by RCCG.

6.30am Sunrise service at Holy Trinity Dawley, outside by the empty tomb. Led by Ian and Tim Storey, and being broadcast at 8am on Radio Shropshire.

10.45am Easter Celebration and Baptism service.
